Message haven't tried their newer kevlar pads though.

The carbon-fibre pads are not much better than stock, and make LOTS of brake dust.

: Now, I can't remember where I heard it, but someone had jammed into my head that KVR makes a good pad that stops better than the metal matrix/masters when cold and still holds up pretty good when hot. I drive every day and I do NOT mind toasting a set of brakes at the track if it means that I can NOT hit that kid on a bike in the morning (almost hit a car once). I just hate the cold stopping of the Matrix/Masters for my daily driven car.

: I really do not want to go back to organic as it's TOO quick to wear because I drive hard and brake hard...so I'm stuck between. That, and I have very sensitive uncoated polished rims and more dust than I already have isn't good. SOOOO...what's the in between? Search is of little help as I'm in a niche field here though I did try. Are KVRs a decent mix? If so, what kind? I hear Greens aren't enough for our cars...so reds?

: Thanks guys.
: Even a veteran needs stuff answered now and then!
